Hi, there!

We are so happy you are here! We are two friends who have a love of nature, children and spending time with our own families! We started Limitless Kids Occupational Therapy so we can combine our passion with our work. Our goal is to help children be more connected to nature and each other, while developing important developmental skills.  We will focus on social skills, self-regulation, emotions, sensory play, fine motor skills, and movement. At Limitless Kids, we will foster positive social connections and confidence through therapy and play.  Come get lost in the woods with us!

At Limitless Kids we foster social connections and confidence through therapy and play.

Liz Downing, MOT, OTR/L

Pediatric Occupational Therapist and Co-owner of Limitless Kids

I have been an OT working with kids for 13 years.  My experience includes hospital, school, rehab and early intervention settings.  I have three kids who are ages 9, 6 and 3.  In 2019 our family began camping and we began spending more time outdoors.  Whether it was the woods, the creek or the beach I would witness magical play in my children time and again.  I wondered how this wonderful outdoor play could connect to occupational therapy.  Theresa and I connected and we created Limitless Kids OT.  I am so excited to provide our community with a nature-based OT group where kids can develop, connect, grow and of course, play!

Theresa Marini-Kain, OTR/L, CIMI

Pediatric Occupational Therapist and Co-owner of Limitless Kids

I am a pediatric OT with over 20 years of service to infants, children and their families.  My experience includes working in the hospital setting, school setting and providing private-based OT services.  I have a true passion for working with children and families!  My goal has been to provide exceptional care to the children I work with as I have seen the life changing effects OT can have on a child.  I believe there is no limit to what a child can do and with Limitless OT, we will develop a child’s confidence, and empower them to do the impossible while working in nature.  I also have four wonderful children that love nature and have seen the everlasting effects that the great outdoors has provided them.  Liz and I are honored to share this unique and amazing camp with you and your family in order to help your children thrive!

Now that you've learned a little bit about us, we want to hear about YOU and YOUR CHILD!
